A moderate earthquake hit Uttarakhand on Monday night at 10.33 PM. Tremors were felt in north India, including Nation's capital New Delhi. People in Punjab and Haryana felt the impact.

There was a panic situation in the Northern India as tremors lasted for 30 seconds. People kept running out of their houses to save their lives.
