Fresh reports in circulation hint Enforcement Directorate (ED) which investigated YSR Congress Chief's illegal assets case is likely to take YS Jaganmohan Reddy into custody. Notices were served to Jagan and his auditor Vijay Sai Reddy to appear before ED in New Delhi.
Sources say, Enforcement Directorate (ED) Officials figured out the mismatching statements given by Jagan and Vijay Sai Reddy during the investigation. Fresh notices were served to the duo for questioning session at the Khan Market office of ED.
In addition, ED Officials have been making necessary arrangement to arrest Jagan if he doesn't co-operate.
Jagan has been facing charges of involvement in quid-pro-quo deals during his father late YS Rajasekhar Reddy's tenure as chief minister. In the multiple chargesheets filed by CBI, Jagan and Vijay Sai Reddy were named as Accused No.1 & No.2.
