A picture of an Elderly Couple who got very emotional when they met after undergoing treatment at two different care homes for days is heart-breaking.
Wolfram Gottschalk (83) was admitted in a Care Home in January this year for treatment of dementia health complications. Four months later, His Wife Anita was diagnosed with cancer and she too was admitted in a Care Home. The distance between the two care homes is half-an-hour and family members would frequently drive Anita to see Wolfram.
