Ex-CM's Wife Graces Cannes to Create Awareness

The ongoing international Film Festival, Cannes is going to have a special place in our hearts. Unlike the previous editions, the ongoing Cannes International Film Festival gave special space to India and famous personalities graced the festival by walking on the red carpet. Indian celebrities added extra glamour to the festival.

Now everyone is talking about the better half of a former Chief Minister who walked the red carpet at the Cannes. Despite not coming from the entertainment industry, the personality appeared at Cannes, and she graced the prestigious festival to create awareness.

Former Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis's wife Amruta Fadnavis who is a banker by profession appeared at the Cannes and she was invited to create awareness on areas like food and health which are ignored by the millennials. Amuruta wore a black dress and stunned everyone.

The Paris-based non-profit organization which raises awareness on Food, Health & Sustainability, and other areas held the event and Amruta Fadnavis took part in the event along with First Lady of Cote D'ivoire Mrs. Dominique Ouattara, Princess Ghida Talal, Sharon Stone, and Comedy legend Charlie Chaplin's Granddaughter Kiera Chaplin.

Amruta Ranade, who became Amruta Fadnavis after her marriage to Devendra Fadnavis holds a degree in Commerce and Economics. She is an MBA graduate and holds a Taxation Laws degree. After her education, Amruta joined the Axis bank and for the past 17 years, she held various key positions. Right now, the banker is serving as the Vice-President of the Axis Bank.

Amruta Fadnavais is a professional singer and social activist as well. She mainly fights for the rights of women and she held various events to inculcate fighting spirit in them. Amruta did a lot of service to women victims in collaboration with the Maharashtra State Women Commission.
