Threats issued by Maharashtra Navanirmana Sena (MNS) after the Uri Terror Attack have really scared some of the well-established Actors, Directors and Producers in Bollywood. Post setting up a 48-hour deadline for Pakistani Artistes to leave the country, The Political Outfits warned Production Houses not to dare to cast the actors from the neighboring Nation in their projects. 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' and 'Raees' were the films which faced the heat initially. Finally, A compromise has been reached and MNS chief Raj Thackarey demanded Rs 5 crore donation to Army Relief Fund from each of the production house who roped Pakistani Artistes to permit smooth release. While Karan Johar paid the amount to ensure release of his high-budget flick, Many of the Industry Folks have criticized the forcible donations and Farhan Akhtar is one among them.

In an interview, Farhan Akhtar told he won't be paying Rs 5 crore to the Army Relief Fund as the Army Personnel themselves has refused to accept the money which is extorted from the Producers.

As a result, MNS Cine Wing President Ameya Khopkar issued a warning that they would settle scores with Farhan Akhtar when his upcoming flick 'Rock On 2' gears up for release. Raj Thackarey-led Sena Activists might certainly prevent screening of the movie in states like Maharashtra.
