Creating hopes on the bilateral series, proteas Chief Executive Jacques Faul said that they held talks with the Board of Control for Cricket in India(BCCI) and added that however, this will depend on the outbreak of the virus.
It has been reported that South Africa is ok to play the bilateral series even the matches were played without fans. BCCI giving its nod to the series might result in the proteas supporting BCCI if IPL is played in the place of the T20 World Cup.
The Cricket South Africa(CSA) is also trying hard to conduct a series with West Indies too after India's tour comes to an end. West Indies playing with the proteas depends on the West-Indies tour to England.
