Actress Sridevi and her two daughters Jhanvi and Kushi on Saturday night had escaped a major fire accident at their residence located at Andheri Lokhandwala Back Road in Mumbai.
Fire broke out due to the short circuit in the air conditioner in Sridevi's bedroom. The fire spread all over the bedroom by the time the family realised that there is something wrong.
Sridevi, her mother-in-law and two daughters were in the house at the time of incident. While her mother-in-law was sent to Boney's brother Sanjay Kapoor's house, daughters have gone for dinner with friends. Rest of the family too evacuated the place immediately.
Boney Kapoor who's office is just a kilometer away from the place rushed to the spot. Everyone breathed a sigh of relief as no casualties have been reported.
