Port city Visakhapatnam which braced many gas leakage and blasts at Pharma companies reported another sad incident. The incident resulted in a severe loss.
Going into details, a fishing boat that went for fishing caught quickfire near the outer region of the Fishing harbor. The loss is expected to be worth over Rs 30 lakh.
A group of fishermen went into the ocean for fishing around 5:00 AM and while returning to the fishing harbor boat caught fire. So far no injuries and casualties were reported.
Some media reports claim that the fishermen informed the port authorities about the incident and jumped into the water. The locals responded quickly and rescued the fishermen.
The boat engine and cabin were destroyed completely with the fire. It is believed that a short circuit is the main reason behind the fire.
