Eatala is now out of the TRS and is now securely in the BJP. He is now busy campaigning in Huzurabad and is getting ready to fight the bypoll as and when it comes. He is pulling all stops to show his political might. But, what about two of Eatala's best buddies, who are still in the BjP?
Manakonduru MLA Rasamayi Balkishan is known to every TRS leader as the best friend of Eatala. Both came from the same ideological background and both are from the same district. Even in the district level politics, they are on the same side. Both are known opponents of Gangula Kamalakar. Rasamayi has never hidden his admiration for Eatala. He was the first one to back Eatala when he has made the famous ' owners of TRS flag' remark. But now, he is said to be completely silent. While he has not followed Eatala into the BJP, he has not criticized Eatala so far. He has maintained studious silence.
Another key leader who is known for his links with Eatala is Chevella MP Ranjit Reddy. Both Reddy and Eatala are involved the same business of poultry and hatcheries. They have common business interests and are partners in several endeavours. Not just that. They have jointly purchased properties. In fact, Reddy looks up to Eatala as his 'guru'. Even Ranjit Reddy is silent after Eatala's resignation. He has neither spoken for or against Eatala. Both these leaders may be waiting for the axe to fall on them sooner than later. But, as of now, they prefer to remain silent and let the crisis tide over.
