When the Andhra Pradesh government had taken the youth into village and ward secretariats, they were on cloud nine that they would get a steady income and they might turn into permanent employees. However, the employees are yet to be made permanent employees as it's been close to three years since they were taken into the posts.
While the wait for the employees to be made into permanent employees continues, they faced a big shock as the Andhra Pradesh government is reportedly gearing up to bring new guidelines on the way the attendance is marked for the staff and the secretariat.
The reports say that the new guidelines say that the staff has to mark their attendance thrice in a day in the app that was brought by the Andhra Pradesh government for the attendance marking.
The staff cannot mark their attendance randomly and there is timing for the same. The staff has to mark attendance before 10 AM and at 3 PM and 5 PM. If the employees have no smartphones on their own, they can use the smartphones issued by the government for the same.
The secretariat staff members who are eagerly waiting for their jobs to be made permanent are not happy with the new decision and ask when they will get a big relief as far as their jobs are concerned.
