Update: 2020-06-04 14:10 GMT
The opposition Telugu Desam Party(TDP) which is facing a series of shocks, faced yet another rude shock as a former Chittoor MLA  AS Manohar resigned from the party. The leader was with the party since 1994.

Earlier the Former MLA rendered his services as the convenor of the Chittoor constituency. Manohar emerged victoriously as MLA in the 1999 and 2004 elections.

Manohar joined the YSRCP party later but failed to get a ticket from the YSRCP in the 2014 general elections. However, he knocked on the doors of the TDP and contested on the TDP party in 2019 elections and lost to the YSRCP.

What's surprising is that he has been in touch with the TDP leaders and even attended the party events and meetings. Leaving everyone in a shock he bid goodbye to the party.

Though there is no information on which party he will join, the former MLA maintained that he will be keeping himself away from the politics for some period of time before he joins another party.
