Cricketer Yvraj Singh father and former test cricketer Yograj Singhs name once again surfaced to headlines for bad reasons.According to reports Yograj Singh was arrested on Monday in Panchkula, after being involved in a brawl with former DSP son. He was arrested along with another person.
Police officials said that Yograj had come to a house in Panchkula's Sector 2 for a party on Sunday night and was involved in an altercation with a person over parking of cars.Yograj had told reporters that DSP's sons allegedly had a scuffle with his relatives. However, the other side had maintained that Yograj's side assaulted them first.
Yograj has been arrested by the police earlier too in many occasions. In 2008, police had booked Yograj Singh and five relatives and charged them with cheating and conspiracy in a property matter.Yograj was recently treated for the cancer of vocal chords.He has undergone surgery to remove a throat tumor in a US-based hospital.
