Fake Documents Row: Fraudsters Not Spearing even Dead Ones!

Compared to a decade back, the land rates in Telangana went up skyrocketing now. With this, the fraudsters are aiming at disputed lands and flats that are untouched. The racket works in a way that, the fraudsters create fake documents for the disputed lands and sell the properties.

The creation of fake documents comes to light when the original owners of the properties get to know about this and approach the cops. A victim faced a similar situation and moved the local police. Reacting to the complaint, the cops swung into action and arrested 8 people in connection with the case.

Digging deeper into the issue, the Hyderabad Police Department had found that a racket is into creating fake documents for the disputed lands. They even impersonate the dead people and sell the lands for which they create fake documents. The racket had already sold three plots (1,200 square yards). The issue was highlighted when a victim take the issue to the notice of the concerned Police Station.

The accused have fixed the Kesara and other faraway places from the capital city Hyderabad. Upon identifying a few lands, they created fake documents and sold them. The victim, a woman had moved the Rachakonda CP against the racket after she learned that fake documents were prepared and her properties were sold.

As the owner of the lands is no more, the accused impersonated the dead person and sold the properties. The current owner of the lands, who is the widow of the original owner of the three lands got to know about the same and complained to the cops.

The Rachakonda Special Operations Team (Malkajgiri) and Keesara Police started a joint operation and launched a manhunt. As many as eight people were arrested for the issue. Besides them, the cops also seized a car and the fake stamps and letterheads.

Sayana Balaji Sai Kumar (43), Guduru Praveen Reddy (38), Vangeti Sanjeeva Reddy (49), Kappara Sai Goud (30), Gandi Sai Kumar (31), Rudra Murali (39) Lingala Ravinder (53) and Tammala Naveen (37) have been arrested by the cops as of now and the manhunt is on to arrest the rest.
