TDP MP Galla Jaydev attracted the attention of the nation with his impressive speech in Parliament Yesterday over dismal cooperation from Centre to cash-trapped Andhra Pradesh. Whereas, One of his hard-hitting remark on Modi Government raised the suspicion whether he copied the satire of Telangana IT Minister K Taraka Rama Rao.
During his speech, Jaydev didn't mind saying revenue generated by magnum opus 'Baahubali' was more than what Centre has allocated to Andhra Pradesh so far (Rs 1,100 crore). Â
Just few hours before Jaydev's speech, KTR has made similar remark on the cooperation extended to Telangana by Centre. 'Funds allocated to Telangana aren't even up to the range of Baahubali collections,' he said.
May be, It could just be a coincidence. It's no surprise to see two leaders drawing comparisons between budget allocations and Baahubali on the same day. Whereas, Few people have jumped to the conclusion Jaydev might have seen KTR utter such a comment when Parliament was adjourned and repeated the same when he got an opportunity.
