On the eve of India's 250th Test in India, Former Indian Cricketers took part in a talk show at the Eden Gardens.

Sourav Ganguly shared Sachin would go for shopping every time he scores a century and have a great wardrobe. He describes VVS Laxman as a perennial latecomer who would take shower even when No.4 & No.5 batsman were at crease, and he was the last person to board the team bus as well. He told Sehwag and Matthew Hayden changed the mindset of people on Test cricket with aggressive approach.

Kapil Dev opined Team India lacked the right mindset in the 70s and 80s, even the Cricket Board doesn't have the resources. He told things began improving from Sunil Gavaskar era but never expected India to reach pinnacle so quickly. He also revealed Sidhu and Ajay Jadeja were the most unorganized players off the field as they would wear the same clothes for days.

Sehwag believes there is a great captain behind every successful player. He told captains Ganguly and Kumble have always encouraged him to play fearless cricket. He also gave a bit of credit to Dhoni as well.
