Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation(GHMC) has fined controversial director Ram Gopal Varma with Rs 4,000 for using government property to promote the film, 'Power Star.'

While promoting the film, RGV tweeted the poster with the title the first poster after the lockdown. Citing RGV's tweet, a netizen complained to GHMC for using government property to promote the film.
Responding to the complaint, the GHMC EVDM department has issued e-challan to the director on the 22nd of this month. Well, we all know that RGV released this film on his digital platform on 25 of this month.
