Why High Court ordered Criminal Case on Google?

Some time ago, Search Engine Giant Google showed Prime Minister Narendra Modi as one among the World's Top 10 Criminals.

Advocate Sushil Kumar Mishra moved Allahabad Hight Court seeking action against Google and its Officials for disrespecting the Indian Prime Minister with it blunder. Subsequently, The court directed cops to register a criminal case against Google, Its CEO and India Head. Next hearing of the case will take place on August 31st.

After Google named Modi as one of World's Most Wanted Criminals, Sushl Kumar Mishra had written to the Search Engine seeking removal of Indian PM's name and picture in its article. He, however, didn't receive any kind of response from Google. Then, Sushil approached Cops and Chief Judicial Magistrate. The plea was turned down by the Magistrate in November last year and then Sushil filed a revision application in High Court. HC accepted the petition on Wednesday and served notices to the Google.
