3 Capitals - Justice To All: AP Governor

AP Governor Biswabhusan Harichandan hoisted the national flag in Vijayawada on the 71st Republic Day. He mentioned about the '3 Capitals' proposal moved by the YSR Congress Government in his speech. 'To develop all the regions, AP Cabinet took a historic decision. Justice will be done to all the areas with decentralized development. Visakhapatnam, Amaravati and Kurnool are going to be Administrative, Legislative and Judicial Capitals of AP. The gap between Government and Public gets minimized with decentralization. Government is committed to maintain good balance in disbursing of funds or available resources,' he said.

Governor mentioned about Nava Rathnalu through which many welfare schemes were implemented by the AP Government. He added, 'Spandana Programme conducted in AP ensures good rule. While Telugu was made compulsory, English Medium is introduced in the Municipal Schools'.

Biswabhusan Harichandan told YCP Government has become a role model for the country with the establishment of Village and Ward Secretariats. He mentioned about the creation of 4 lakh jobs and offering 500 services using village volunteers. 'Rs 13,500 per year has been offered to the farmers under Rythu Barosa. Rs 3,000 crore fund was established for providing MSP. 9 hours uninterrupted power has been provided to the agriculture. YSR Arogya Shri, YSR Pension and YSR Kanti Velugu were beneficial to the poor. AP Government is working towards achieving 100 percent literacy rate. Action Plan was prepared to develop infrastructure in 45,000 Schools, 471 Junior Colleges and 151 Degree Colleges under Mana Badi Naadu-Nedu  Programme,' he said in his Republic Day address.
