In Talk: What's there in 75-second Video Clip!

Update: 2017-11-19 10:09 GMT
Govind Parmar, an RTI Activist, lodged a complaint with the Election Commission about the 75-second video which is being circulated on the social media. He sees it as an attempt to polarize the votes and spread hatred against Muslims ahead of the Assembly Polls in Gujarat. The Activist alleges the video which conveys the message 'Your Vote, Your Security' is an attempt spread fear and distrust between Hindus & Muslims.

The Video starts with the message - 'This is what can happen post 7 pm in Gujarat'. Then, A Young Girl was seen walking hurriedly on the road and a sound similar to Azzan (Namaz) was heard in the background. She finally reaches home much to the relief of her parents. When the Mother says 'Surprised that this is Gujarat!', Father replies 'This was Gujarat 22-Years-Ago. This could happen again if they return'. That's when the Young Girl assures there is nothing to worry because here it's Modi.

Based on the complaint, Gujarat's Chief Electoral Officer BB Swain ordered for a police probe to ascertain the origin of the video.

BJP is holding power in Gujarat since the past 22 years. Congress rule ended in the year 1995 in this state.
