Gujarat To Have one More Tourist Spot

The Western Indian Gujarat state which has the Statue of Unity, the world's tallest statue at a height of 182 metres (597 ft) is all set to have one more tourist place which will be set up in Jamnagar city.

Indian multinational conglomerate company Reliance Industries Limited, headquartered in the financial capital of India, Mumbai will be setting up a new zoological park in Jamnagar, which is said to be one of the biggest parks in the world.

An executive of Reliance Industries Limited said the new Zoological party will be set up in 280-acre land which will be having 100 different species of animals, birds, and reptiles.

The new zoological park which is said to be a pet project of Anant Ambani, the youngest son of India's richest man, Mukesh Ambani is likely to be named as 'Greens Zoological, Rescue & Rehabilitation Kingdom'

The proposed Zoological park has obtained all the due approvals from the concerned authorities of both central and state levels. If everything goes by plan, the zoological park will start operating in two years.

The Zoological Park will host Barking deers, slender loris, sloth bears, fishing cats, komodo dragons, Indian wolves, Rosy pelicans, crowned cranes, jaguars, African lions, and other animals as per the proposal.
