The TDP is on a high octane publicity blitzkrieg with Pragati Nivedika Sabha. Thousands of workers are working day in and day out to ensure a massive and unprecedented turnout at the Kongara Kalan Sabha. Every MLA and every MP is straining his every nerve to pool up all resources to bring the biggest crowd yet. All the ministers are in high voltage mode. But, one person seems to be missing in action. That person is minister T Harish Rao.
This is the hottest topic in Telangana. While everyone is busy, Harish Rao is no where to be seen. Sources say that with the verdict in the war of succession going clearly in favour of KTR, Harish is keeping a low profile. Recently, KCR has divested the all-important Mines and Geology ministry from Harish Rao and asked KTR to take it over. Almost at the same time, KCR's daughter Kavitha had said that KTR is the political heir of KCR. All these are being seen as indicators that KTR is going to be the next CM. If the TRS returns in 2019, it would be KTR, not Harish Rao who would become the chief minister. KCR is likely to move to the National politics.
Even KTR is leaving no stone unturned to strengthen his hold on the party. He had already toured almost every district in the name of Pragati Yatras. He is also directly dealing with the leaders from the districts and is taking key decisions. Seeing that the tide currently is against him, Harish is keeping a low profile and is busy with his works.
