Hyderabad High Court on Wednesday fumed at TRS nominated MLA Stephenson over the petition filed by him and his absence.
Actually, Cash-for-Vote A4 Accused Muthaiah filed a petition seeking quash of the case filed against him. To counter it, Stephenson moved High Court to dismiss the petition filed by Muthaiah and also sought the case to be moved to an another bench.
High Court dismissed the petition filed by Stephenson and directed cops to lodge a contempt of court case against him for showing ill-faith on HC Judge Sivashankar. Even Muthaiah's quash petition was accepted ignoring the concerns raised by Stephenson.
The case filed against Stephenson came up for hearing Today. However, The TRS Legislator didn't appear before the court and this angered the Judge. High Court ordered Stephenson to appear before it in person during the next hearing on September 30th.
