In a much relief to entrepreneur, Film Producer Prasad V Potluri popularly known as PVP, Telangana High Court granted anticipatory bail. The YSRCP leader moved the court after Banjara Hills lodged a complaint on him.
Along with granting the bail, the court also directed the cops to not arrest the leader, until further notice.
Going into detail, the Banjara Hills booked a case on PVP under many sections after the Film Producer's neighbor lodged compliant with the cops that PVP reportedly threatened him to not go ahead with the construction.
Following this, the cops summoned the producer and asked him to cooperate with them for interrogation. When the scops went to serve the notice, PVP unleash his dogs on the cops.
However, instead of appearing for the interrogation, PVP moved the High Court and got a sigh of relief with the Court ruling out on his favour by issuing anticipatory bail.
