The Andhra Pradesh High Court has suspended the Government Order(G.O) no 15 issued by the ruling YSRCP government on the college fees for the Engineering colleges in the state.
The new developed came after 23 Engineering Colleges in Andhra Pradesh moved the High Court saying that the fees fixed by the state government are not reasonable. The High Court head the case today.
After hearing the versions of the petitioners and government the High Court suspended the G.O issued by the government.
The petitioners said that the government did not fix the fees for the colleges reasonable, while the lawyers representing the government said that the fees were fixed after consulting the colleges.
