High Court on Tuesday ordered AP Police to file case against Bode Prasad for making derogatory remarks against YCP MLA RK Roja.
Earlier, Roja filed complaint with Penamaluru Police against Bode Prasad for making disrespectful comments on her. However, Cops refrained from filing the case as the Leader is a Ruling Party MLA. Roja moved a petition in the High Court complaining about the violation of the Constitution.
Few months ago, Roja accused Bode Prasad of having a role in the Call Money racket. In response, The TDP MLA used harsh language and warned that chappals/eggs will be pelted on her if she visits his constituency. He went to say Roja should be ashamed of making such allegations against him and she isn't even a Woman. Even Roja offered a befitting reply to the Ruling Party Leader before filing a police complaint. Whereas, Cops got ready to register FIR only after the intervention of the high court.
