Hindu Boy Creates History By Topping Entrance Test In Islamic Studies

A 21-year-old youth who hails from the Alwar city of Jaipur made many heads turn by topping the entrance test for Islamic studies. The youth created history by doing so.

Going into detail, Shubham Yadav achieved the first rank in the Central University Common Entrance Test. The entrance test for Islamic Studies is an All-India entrance test.

The youth who believes that the Islamic region is the misunderstood religion decided to study Islam from the roots. That is why he wanted to pursue Islamic Studies. He is also an IAS aspirant.

His parents supported his decision and didn't oppose him from pursuing Islamic Studies. Coming to his family background, his father is a businessman and his mother is a homemaker.

For the next two years, Shubham will pursue Islamic studies in Kashmir. Except for the colleges in Kashmir, no other Universities in the country will offer courses on Islamic Studies.

Though his family members gave their nod for his studies, they are expressing their concerns over his safety as he will spend two years in Kashmir, a sensitive area in the country.
