Indian Cricket team fans' hopes of seeing the team lifting the T20 World Cup trophy went for a toss with the Men In Blue getting knocked out. Not just the defeat India suffered a humiliating loss by losing the knockout match by 10 wickets. The English team crushed us big time.

Despite not getting the right start and the English team bowling giving its best the Men In Blue managed to score 168 runs. Hardik Pandya needs a special mention here. Despite no good help from other players he fired quick shots and scored 63 runs.

Indian skipper Rohit Sharma burst into tears in the post-match presentation. While speaking to the media, he broke down. Head Coach Rahul Dravid was also present at the interaction. Seeing Rohit Sharma breaking down Dravid tried to console him.

Talking about the match performance, Rohit Sharma said that the Indian team gave their best with the bat and posted a good score, but could not do the same with the ball. Shedding light on the importance of dealing with the pressure and keeping calm, Rohit Sharma said that pressure is key in knockout matches.

Drawing a comparison between the match played against Bangladesh and England, Rohit Sharma said that in the Bangladesh match the team held nerves which was not the case today. "The game against Bangladesh, it was a tricky one. I thought we held our nerve and kept executing our plans. Couldn't do that today," Rohit Sharma said.
