In what we call a shocking incident a 46-year-old man from Hyderabad has been caught on CCTV camera sexually abusing a minor girl. The accused Mohammad Akram Khan is married with two kids and he was caught on CCTV while sexually abusing a four-year-old girl. The incident was reported from Shah Ali Banda.
The incident came to light after a technician of CCTV cameras informed the police about it. Actually the CCTV camera was installed in his house by his wife with the help of the technician.
After growing suspicious about her husband behaviour Khan's wife had installed a CCTV camera in their house with the help of technician when the former was away. The accused used to sexually abuse the four-year-old girl at his residence by luring with chocolates . Later, the two watched the shocking footage and her wife chose to not report about it fearing her husband's arrest.
However, the incident came into light when the police conducted an awareness programme for CCTV technicians. During the awareness program, the technician narrated about the incident.
The police have filed a suo moto case after observing the CCTV footage and the accused has been arrested. Several cases has been filed against him under Section 377 IPC, 363 IPC, Nirbhaya Act and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences(POCSO) Act.
