Another Independent MLA, Somvir Sangwan, who won from Dadri constituency, also declared his support for the BJP. Another Independent MLA, Nayan Pal Rawat from Prithala constituency, also declared his support to BJP.
This increased the BJP's strength to 43. The support of three other MLAs appears to be the BJP government formation in Haryana.
