In the wake of India seeing a huge threat from the Dragon Country China at the Ladakh with the militaries of both the countries standing off, India strict a deal with Australia.
The crucial deal with Australia enables both the nations to access the military bases with each other which will, in turn, result in more military exchanges in the Indo Pacific region.
The agreement was made between Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Australia counterpart Scott Morrison during a summit that was held virtually.
With this new development, Indian and Australian military ships and aircraft can be refueled and maintenance facilities can be accessed at each other military camp bases. India also has a similar kind of agreement with the United States
Australia also has trade disputes with the Dragon Country China as the former supported the move to look into the origin and spread of the ongoing pandemic. This move irked China largely.
