India Currently Has 3.32 Lakh Cases Of The Pandemic

The positive cases of the ongoing pandemic are increasing rapidly in India, as the nation straightaway reported more than 11,000 fresh cases for the third consecutive day taking the toll of the cases to 332,424.

India reported over 300 fatalities for the third consecutive day taking the total fatalities connected with the contagious disease 9,520. India which was at the 13th spot in fatalities stood at 9th place when it comes to reporting fatalities

The only good news in India is the recovered cases are more in number than the active cases. While the active cases stood at 153,106, so far more than 1.69 lakh people recovered from the pandemic.

Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, and national capital Delhi are the worts-hit states in the country due to the pandemic which accounts for 70% of the total cases of the contagious disease.

The count of the cases in Andhra Pradesh stood at 6,152, with 294 fresh cases reported on Sunday, which marks the highest single-day surge of the cases in the state so far. To date, 84 people succumbed to the virus.

On the other hand, Telangana reported 237 fresh cases in the past 24 hours, including 23 Journalists taking the tally of the cases to 4,974 and inching towards the 5,000-mark. With, three fresh fatalities, the total casualties reached 185.

Looking at the Global scenario, the total infections surpassed 7.6 million, while more than 427,000 casualties were reported since the outbreak started.

United States, Brazil, Russia, India, Italy, Spain, and the United States are the worst-hit nations in the world due to the spread of the deadly virus.
