China topped the list of Nations with highest black money outflows with US $139 billion per annum. While Russia (US $104 billion per annum) and Mexico (US $52.8 billion) occupy the 2nd & 3rd places respectively, India came fourth in the chart with US $51 billion black money outflows per annum.
As per US-based Think-Tank Report, The black money outflows from developing and emerging nations stood at US $1.1 trillion for the year 2013.
Between the period 2004 to 2014, Black Money outflows of India contribute to over US $510 billion. During the same period, The illegal money outflows of China and Russia stood at US $1.39 trillion and US $1 trillion.
As per 'Illicit Financial Flows from Developing Countries: 2004-2013' study, Illicit Financial Outflows crossed US $1 trillion for the first time in 2011. Tax Evasion, Corruption and Involvement other illegal activities contribute to these outflows
