Who Submitted 11 Fake H-1B Applications?

Indian-American Neeraj Sharma is charged with one count of visa fraud and one count of naturalization fraud for allegedly submitting 11 H-1B Visa Applications and procuring his own citizenship against the norms.

The 43-Year-Old is a resident of Piscataway Township of New Jersey. As the chief executive officer of Magnavision LLC based in New Jersey, He had allegedly recruited foreign workers with false IT Expertise. Documents have been submitted assuring that the foreign workers had full-time jobs awaiting them at a national bank. In reality, None of the foreign workers secured work through Mr.Sharma. The CEO resorted to forge the signatures of bank executives on National Bank's letterhead to obtain clearance from the USCIS.

Neeraj Sharma committed this visa fraud while being an Indian Citizen and Permanent Resident. If the charges are proven, He will have to serve 10 years of imprisonment and a fine of USD 250,000.
