Indian Fans hold 'Sorry Australia' Placards

A Stone was thrown at the Australian Team Bus when they neared the hotel after a comprehensive victory over India in the second T20 held on Tuesday.

Australian Leg Spinner Adam Zampa recounts the experience of stone pelting episode. 'I had put on my headphones. Suddenly, I heard a loud bang and noticed the broken glass. For five seconds, We are so scared. Security Personnel suspects it could be a rock. You never want these things to happen…It was disappointing,' he said.

Adam Zampa opined such disturbing incidents spoil the overall impression on Indian Cricket Fans - 'Indian fans love cricket and they are so passionate about it. We love to play in India. But, One single person spoils the whole environment and end up hurting countless fans'.

Indian Spinner Ravichandran Ashwin condemned the stone pelting on Australian Team Bus. He said such incidents would bring bad reputation to the Nation. Even Cricket Fans in Guwahati hold placards of 'Sorry Australia'.

Cops have arrested two persons in connection with this episode. Investigation is being carried out.

Guwahati hosted an international match after 7 years. Still, Assam Cricket Association failed to make proper security arrangements.
