Indian Woman wins Lottery worth Rs 17.5 crore

Nishita Radhakrishna Pillai, an Indian Woman Doctor, won a lottery of Dirham 10 Million in the Big Ticket raffle. It's a life-changing for the Keralite as its is worth Rs 17.8 crore in Indian currency.

Actually, Nishita's Husband kept making repeated attempts over the years. The family won the jackpot after almost 50 failed attempts.

For a period of 2 Years, Nishita worked as Paediatrician in the UAE. She is currently living in Houston of USA with her hubby and two children. Despite leaving UAE in July last year, Nishita's Husband kept buying tickets online under Nishita's Name. When the family got to know about the news in the middle of the night, They doubted if it's a prank call but began rejoicing after checking the Big Ticket website. Nishita says her family hasn't decided what to do with the huge money won through lottery.

The Big Ticket Raffle draw is being hosted at the Abu Dhabi International Airport. 178 Millionaires has been announced last year. In March this year, An Indian Sreeraj Krishnan who is also from Kerala won Dirham 7 Million (Rs 12.71 crore approx) in the Big Ticket Draw.
