Indian Economy Gained The Trust Of The World: PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended the ASSOCHAM Foundation Week 2020 held today and addressed the conference via video conference given the Covid-19 situation.

'India's resilience: Atmanirbhar roadmap towards USD 5 trillion economy' is the theme of the ASSOCHAM program.

Addressing the conference, Narendra Modi said, despite the Coronavirus pandemic India received a record Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) when the world is finding it difficult to tackle the Covid situation.

"Our challenge is not just about becoming self-reliant, but also on how to reach the goal soon," Narendra Modi said.
 
Things have changed in the way the world looks at India. From what to India to why not India we have come a long way.

"The Indian economy has gained the trust of the world and the FDI recived by the country proves it. To sustain the confidence, we must focus on increasing domestic investments, Modi said.

During the event, Modi heaped praises on Ratan Tata and the Tata enterprises for their services in trade and presented an award to Ratan Tata.

On the behalf of Tata Group, Ratan Tata received the 'ASSOCHAM Enterprise of the Century Award' from Narendra Modi.
