AP Government wishes to maintain a healthy bond with farmers who handed over their lands for the new capital Amaravati as part of the Land Pooling Scheme. That's the reason why special invites & freebies were passed on to the People who were responsible for starting Capital construction in a record time.
Reportedly, Invitation Cards were offered to people of AP Capital region by the Officials for the much-awaited foundation stone laying ceremony on October 22nd. Along with the invite, New Clothes bought from Apco Handlooms have been presented to the Farmers with clear instructions of asking them to attend the auspicious ceremony in the traditional Dhotis & Sarees. This touching gesture from AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu will give a nice feeling to capital farmers that they are the 'real heroes' of Amaravati.
State Government has acquired over 30,000 acres for construction of Amaravati. It took the responsibility of paying the capital farmers attractive relief package which include Yearly income as compensation for crop loss, monthly rentals for those who lost their houses, one job per home and Other Benefits until the developed land was handed over to them.
