Update: 2022-02-12 15:47 GMT
The forthcoming season of the Indian Premier League(IPL) will kick start in a couple of months and two more teams will be playing the tournament making it even more interesting. To enable the teams to buy players, a mega auction was planned by the BCCI.

The Mega auction started today and will be held tomorrow as well. The owners of all the teams reached Bengaluru to take part in the auction to buy players. The auction started with the marquee set of players.

Australia’s David Warner who had a fallout with SRH made himself available in the auction and was bought by Delhi Capitals for a whopping price of 6.25 Cr. The Marquee players were purchased by the teams for two to three times more.

What’s even more surprising is that Orange Army SRH had managed to buy only a single player. Nicholas Pooran was purchased for more than Rs 10 crore. SRH fans are always angry with the management for not picking the right players.

The SRH management had once again made the fans angry by not selecting players who can come in handy. The team had barely managed to get only one player.
