Newly Inducted BJP Leader Khushbu Sundar To Get Promotion From The Party!

Update: 2020-11-07 10:20 GMT
Actor-turned-politician Khusbhu Sundar has bid goodbye to Congress and joined the Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) after facing frictions with the party leaders in the former parry.

After joining the BJP Khusbhu Sundar became active in party activities. She was even arrested by the cops en route to Chidambaram to participate in the agitation called by the Tamil Nadu wing of BJP against VCK president Thol Thirumavalavan's remarks on women quoting Manusmruthi.

Now it is believed that the saffron party is thinking to send the Actress-politician to the Upper House by nominating her.

The Rajya Sabha seat in Karnataka's quota fell vacant with the demise of BJP leader Ashok Gasti who succumbed to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic on the 17th of September, 2020.

If we have to take anything from the media reports, the saffron party wants to nominate Khusboo Sundar to the Upper House in the vacant place.

The BJP, which managed to claim the victory at the Central level for the second term failed to create its impact in the southern states. Except for Karnataka, it doesn't have a hold on any southern states.

The BJP is now aiming to foray into Tamil Nadu as the upcoming Much-awaited Tamil Nadu Assembly polls 2020 as the party thinks this is the right time to increase its base.

With the states gearing up for the general elections without strong leaders like Jayalalithaa and Karunanidhi, BJP wants to make the best out of the opportunity.

Lets us wait and see whether Khusbhu Sundar will accept the offer from the BJP to get nominated to the upper House or she works for the party in the Tamil Nadu BJP wing only.
