Is the gap between Jana Sena, BJP growing?

Update: 2022-06-04 13:15 GMT
Are the relations between Pawan Kalyan and the BJP souring? Yes, say those watching the developments on the BJP front. Pawan Kalyan and his Jana Sena are increasingly turning away from the BJP, say sources. They point out that the BJP and Jana Sena leaders have not met in a long time on any issue relating to  AP politics.

Sources close to Pawan Kalyan say that Pawan Kalyan is disinclined to meet BJP National president JP Nadda. The BJP National president is set to tour AP for tow days. But, Pawan Kalyan is said to have told the BJP leaders that he has no interest in meeting Nadda.

Interestingly, there was a time when Pawan went all the way to Delhi and met JP Nadda to discuss the politics of Andhra Pradesh. But, the same Pawan is evincing no interest in meeting Nadda, when he is in the state. This shows that the gap between the two parties has grown considerably. In the past too, Pawan Kalyan said that his relations were with the national leaders of the BJP and not the state leaders of the party.

Interestingly, Pawan Kalyan has also said that the Jana Sena would not take any road map from the BJP. He said that the Jana Sena has its own road map. Of late, Pawan has been keeping a distance from the BJP. Sources say that the party is moving closer to the TDP and could even have a political pact with the TDP to defeat the YSRCP.
