Who Is Blocking Komatireddy's Entry Into TRS?

Update: 2019-03-11 06:16 GMT
When Chirumarthy Lingaiah joined the TRS, many said it is only a matter of time before his political patrons Komatireddy brothers follow him into the TRS.  In fact there were rumours that Komatireddy Venkat Reddy and Rajagopal Reddy themselves have prodded LIngaiah to join the TRS. But, why is the joining of Komatireddys getting delayed?

If sources are to be believed, two prominent TRS leaders - minister Jagadeeshwar Reddy and Gutta Sukhender Reddy - are actively blocking Komatireddy Venkat Reddy's entry. Venkat Reddy is eyeing Nalgonda MP seat and Gutta Sukhender Reddy does not want to cede his place to Komatireddy. So, he is using all his might to stop the entry. Ditto with Jagadeeshwar Reddy. The minister feels that with the entry of Komatireddys, his importance will come down in Nalgonda district. Komatireddy is a strong leader with substantial following. So, his entry would hit Jagadeeshwar Reddy hard.

It is because of these reasons that these two leaders, both Reddys, are actively stopping the entry of Komatireddys. While Venkat Reddy has lost the elections to the assembly recently, his brother Rajagopal Reddy is an MLA from Nalgonda district.
