YSR Congress chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy on Monday got the shock of his life as BJP refused to his support in any way.
Speaking to the media persons in New Delhi, Jagan said: "I was here to congratulate Narendra Modi who is the next prime minister of the country. As NDA Government will be submitting its 1st Budget, I will appeal him to allocate more funds to Seemandhra so that a speedy development would take place. I have neither criticized Modi or BJP until now. Though BJP doesn't need our party support, I am willing to extend support on issue basis".
In response, BJP spokesperson Prakash Javdekar told: "We don't want tie-up with YSR Congress as TDP is our alliance partner".
It requires no brilliance to say YS Jagan to appeal Narendra Modi not to send him behind the bars for alleged irregularities during YSR's tenure as chief minister. That's why he is so desperate to met Modi even before Chandrababu Naidu could reach Delhi. However, Jagan's plan boomeranged as both Chandrababu & Modi aren't going to tolerate corruption at any level.
