Jagan ignores Naidu invitation for swearing-in

Update: 2014-06-07 07:18 GMT
Ending the speculations YSR Congress president YS Jagan made it clear that he will not attend the swearing-in ceremony of Chndrabbu as chief minister of residuary AP.

The YSR Congress Party leader accused the Telugu Desam Party of misusing the official machinery and flayed extravaganza, pomp and boasting of the swearing-in ceremony of TDP leader N Chandrababu Naidu.

Speaking at R&B Guest House in Rajahmundry, Jagan questioned how could Chandrababu Naidu who is appealing people to donate money ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 for building Seemandhra capital spend Rs 30 crore for his swearing-in ceremony.

He once again reiterated that  Naidu's farm loan waiver is a false promise and people will come to know about his real nature in 15 days. YS Jagan said that the TDP should fulfill its election promise as mentioned in the manifesto of waiving all agriculture loans.

He also said that in the coming days YSRCP will put pressure on Chandrababu Naidu on all the aspects. " We were given mandate as a main opposition to fight," he said

It’s worth to recall that Naidu had called Jagan two or three times on Friday morning but Jagan did not take the call nor did he call back. As this news got flashed on various news channels, Jagan responded to Naidu’s call. Jagan thanked Naidu for inviting him and congratulated him for being elected as the first Chief Minister of the residuary state of AP.
