Jagan Inching Closer To His Dream

Update: 2018-04-08 12:03 GMT
Chandrababu Naidu claimed he was the first leader of NDA to demand the ouster of Narendra Modi as Gujarat CM after Godhra Riots. May be, AP CM might have forgotten TDP had contested 2004 Polls with BJP and formed alliance with BJP after Modi was announced as the PM Candidate in 2014.

Though he mayn't admit the fact openly, Chandrababu knew that he got away from defeat in third consecutive Assembly Polls by forming alliance with BJP, obtaining Pawan's support and with 600-odd promises. Not only did Modi fail to fulfill his commitment for Andhra Pradesh, Even TDP was unable to implement majority of the promises including Financial Assistance for Unemployed Youth and Caste-based Reservations.

TDP is a dominant force in Guntur district. The kind of response for YS Jaganmohan Reddy's Praja Sankalpa Yatra in this part of the state is now sending shivers down the spine of ruling party leaders. Turnout of public for Jagan's padayatra and public meetings in the district is better than what it was in Rayalaseema. The situation remains the same whether it's Narsaraopet, Sattenapalli or Tenali. Is this a sign of growing anti-incumbency? Looks like, Jagan has made a giant step closer to the CM Chair.
