The PRC issue is the burning situation in Andhra Pradesh. Ever since the PRC recommendations were announced by the state government in the Government Orders, the state employees have been opposing the recommendations and the pay scales that come with the PRC. Demanding the call back of the PRC, the employees are taking the warpath.

To show how strong they are on their demands, the employees have called for a protest. A few employees have already moved the Andhra Pradesh High Court challenging the PRC issue.

It is also said that the employees and the associations are likely to call for strike fighting for their demands. The employees are also expected to serve notice for the strike to the Andhra Pradesh government very soon.

Amid this, Andhra Pradesh Minister of Transport, Cinematography, and I&PR Perni Nani made a key appeal to the protesting employees. Alleging that the employees are acting on the behalf of someone's orders, Perni Nani urged the employees to think about the issue for one time.

Saying that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is trying to look after the employees like children, Perni Nani said that is the reason why Jagan decided to give an IR of 27 percent to the employees after coming to power in the state.

Giving a clear picture of Jagan Mohan Reddy's current situation, the Cabinet Minister said that the Chief Minister is like a father, who is unable to fulfill the desires of the children due to poor financial status.
