Let's Fulfil All Promises: Jagan On AP Budget

CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy made it clear to the Finance Ministry that all the promises made by YSR Congress Party in the Manifesto has to be fulfilled. He gave indications that priority will be offered to Navarathnalu, Pensions and YSR Arogya Shri in the Budget 2019-20.

Finance Department brought to the notice of CM Jaganmohan Reddy about the diversion of Rs 64,000 crore borrowed from Corporations by the TDP Government. Chief Minister was informed that pending bill account for Rs 48,000 crore.

Jagan ordered Finance Department to ensure there is no fund crunch for Rythu Barosa and Crop Insurance. 'AP is facing severe financial crisis because of TDP rule. We need to overcome all the hurdles and fulfil the promises made to the people. Budget should reflect the aspirations of the public. Nothing is impossible if we try sincerely,' opined AP CM.

Finance Minister Buggana Rajendranath Reddy, CM's Chief Advisor Ajeya Kallam, CM's Special Chief Secretary PV Ramesh, Finance Ministry Chief Secretary Ravath and Finance Secretary Satyanarayana took part in the meeting meant to discuss about Budget 2019-20. AP Budget will be presented in the Assembly on July 12th, 2019.
