Talk Of Town: Jagan's Six Big Promises!

Update: 2018-05-02 06:59 GMT
YS Jaganmohan Reddy accused CM Chandrababu Naidu of planning a huge scam by using the land allotted for Bell Company in the name housing for poor. 'They say 300 feet plot will be sold for Rs 6 lakh at a price of Rs 2,000 per feet. Any builder would say flat which don't have lift, granite, marble flooring, wood work won't cost more than Rs 1,000 per feet. Out of these Rs 6 lakh, Rs 1.5 lakh each was offered by State and Central Governments. Remaining Rs 3 lakh will be considered as debt of the poor family who should pay Rs 3,000 per month for 20 years. While Babu accepts bribe, The Poor ends up paying to the banks. Is it fair?,' he questioned.

YCP Chief announced his Government won't charge a single rupee from the poor for housing. He promised to register those houses in the name of women in the family. He also gave an option of mortgaging the house if they need money at a interest of 25 paise.
