AP CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy's meeting with Union Home Minister Amit Shah is now drawing everyone's attention. Speculations have surfaced that the main agenda behind this meeting was to send the TDP Supremo behind the bars.
If the sources are to be believed, Jagan sought the cooperation of Centre to frame corruption charges against Chandrababu Naidu who ruled the state in the past 5 years. Chief Minister informed Amit Shah about Rs 700 crore saved by the YCP Government through reverse tendering of Polavaram Project Works. He did try to convince the Delhi Leaders that huge scale corruption happened during Naidu's regime.
CMO, however, maintained Jaganmohan Reddy's meeting with Amit Shah doesn't have any political significance and it was merely held to discuss about the issues related to the state.
On the other hand, TDP Camp accuses Jagan of making desperate attempts to obtain clean chit in the cases booked against him by CBI and ED by befriending National-level BJP Leaders. They even spread the word that Amit Shah denied appointment to Jagan twice in a span of one month.
