Update: 2016-05-14 04:31 GMT
It is known that Jagan conducted 'Save Democracy' yatra in New Delhi to expose TDP Government's immoral acts like encouraging defections. He also met key National leaders to complain against Chandrababu Naidu and distributed 'Emperor of Corruption' book alleging over Rs 2 lakh crore corruption took place in the AP since the past two years.

After returning to Hyderabad, Jagan told he will be taking legal action against the defectors. Now, He knocks the door of Supreme Court for the disqualification of 16 YCP Legislators who shifted loyalties to ruling TDP.

Recently, The Apex Court disqualified defectors in Uttarakhand. YSR Congress MP Mekapati Rajmohan Reddy urged Supreme Court to deliver similar verdict in the case of AP as well.

If Supreme Court favors YCP, All the defectors will have to be prepared for by-election that happens within 6 months time. How many of these 16 Legislators will win contesting on TDP Ticket?
