Jagan to stay in Jail till Sept 20

Special CBI Court on Friday extended the judicial remand of YSR Congress chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy till September 20th.

Jagan, his auditor Vijay Sai Reddy, Nimmagadda Prasad, Mopidevi Venkata Ramana and bureaucrat KV Brahmananda Reddy have been produced before the court through video-conference Today. Former AP Ministers Sabita Indra Redddy and Dharmana Prasada Rao too have appeared before the court.

Jagan was shifted back to Chanchalguda from NIMS Hospital two days ago. Ever since his arrested on May 27th, 2012 by CBI, YSR Congress president has been lodged in the central prison.

YSRC leaders and cadre were hopeful that Jagan will be granted bail by the end of September as the last date to file the final chargesheet has been nearing.
